Free Shipping
From time to time we offer free shipping to continental US addresses for orders that meet a specified minimum dollar amount. Please see our homepage for the latest shipping promotion.

Estimated Shipping Times

Please find below the estimated delivery times for shipping once your package has been collected from our warehouse:

US Standard Shipping: Ground 2-5 Business Days

US Priority Shipping: 2-3 Business Days

International Shipping: 3-5 Business Days

We cannot guarantee specific delivery times for shipping since shipping carriers continue to experience delays from time to time. Unfortunately, such delays are out of our control.

Kindly note that Estimated Shipping Times are distinct from Order Processing Times.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: options include UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, or USPS Priority. The standard shipping method for accessories orders weighing less than 13oz is USPS First Class Mail.

Priority Shipping: options include UPS Express or USPS Priority Mail. Please note that shipments are exclusively made through USPS for Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and FPO addresses.

We offer shipping to P.O. boxes using both our Standard and Priority shipping methods. We highly recommend including your P.O. Box number if applicable to ensure smooth delivery and prevent any potential issues.

If a specific carrier cannot service your address, kindly provide us with this information in the order notes box during the checkout process.

Shipment Tracking

Upon creating your label and shipping your package, an automated email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. This email will contain your tracking information. Simply click on the provided link within the email to track your package.

Alternatively, you can access your tracking information within your account profile by navigating to the orders tab.

For the most accurate and up-to-date tracking details regarding your package, we recommend entering your tracking information directly on UPS (UPS.com) or USPS (USPS.com) websites.
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Returns/Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are not accepted for custom items. All sales are considered final.

In the event of an error or damage caused by us, please get in touch with us via email at info@planhappyproducts.com within seven (7) days. We will take the necessary steps to rectify the issue with an appropriate replacement or product exchange.

For non-customized products, please get in touch with us within ten (10) days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return or exchange. If the item is eligible for return/exchange, we will guide you through returning the item to us.

All items must be returned in the condition they were received, including their original packaging. Returns must be received at our warehouse or postmarked en route to us within 30 days of the initial delivery.

Refunds

The timeframe for the refund to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your bank's policies. Typically, it takes approximately 5-10 days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. For more specific information, we recommend reaching out to your bank directly.
